You can cancel any in-stock order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email hello@cheure.com with 'Order Number/Cancel Order' in the subject line. Please note that cancellations are not possible after the 24-hour window. If you have any questions about your order, contact us promptly.
International Shipping: • Express Shipping: Delivered within 4-6 business days from the time your order is fully processed. Costs start at 50, determined by the destination and the weight of the parcel.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 6-14 business days. Costs start at 25.50€, based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Please pay attention on Custom Duties & Taxes On Internationals Orders
All International Orders (not including Kosova,Albania and North Macedonia), are FINAL. International Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped, otherwise, we do not refund the payment.
Please note Cheure does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees, and therefore cannot predict which orders these fees will apply to.
The customer/receiver bares responsibility for all TAX and CUSTOMS CHARGES for their order.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGE
Unfortunately, Cheure are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
Cheure does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
